We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all ThruDark products are built to endure. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
How should I wash and maintain my technical outerwear?
To preserve the technical integrity of our fabrics, we recommend washing at 30°C with a specialized tech-wash. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on a low heat setting to reactivate the DWR coating.
